Maruti Suzuki Swift Refreshed Model Soon To Be Launched
Major four wheeler manufacturers have introduced facelifts and refreshed variants of their hatchback offerings in India. However, it is surprising that Maruti Suzuki will be the last to introduce a refreshed model of its Swift hatchback for India.
Volkswagen India was the first to introduce its 2014 Polo. It was followed by the Italian Fiat, who launched their 2014 Punto Evo. The latest launch was that by South Korean automobile giant Hyundai and their Elite i20. These vehicles will compete head on with the soon to be launched Maruti Suzuki Swift refreshed model.
The refreshed Swift model being launched by Maruti Suzuki will not receive a major makeover. The Japanese manufacturer plans to introduce minimal changes to the exterior, as they want to retain the originality of its hatchback.

The Japanese manufacturer is expected to introduce the European spec model in India. There are minute changes that are being implemented, however, the hatchback will get more premium than the outgoing model. Maruti Suzuki will also introduce more attractive paint schemes with their 2014 model.
The refreshed Swift by Maruti Suzuki will sport stylish new alloy wheels. The front and rear bumper has been redesigned along with a more chiselled bonnet. A boomerang-inspired LED Daytime Running Light is placed around the fog lamp area.
