Land Rover Discovery Vision New York Debut

Land Rover had revealed its plan of launching a new Discovery, at the recently concluded Geneva Motor Show. In a few weeks time the British car manufacturer will be showcasing its new Discovery on 16th April at New York Auto Show.

The British manufacturer of luxurious SUVs has not revealed much, just an image of the seats and a video which does not tell us much. Land Rover claims this car to be the new age of its Discovery.

From the video one thing that is evident is that the new Discovery will have three rows of seating. The video emphasises on the seats, so there could be something special with them.

"Discovery has been pivotal in helping to build the foundations of the Land Rover brand. It is admired all over the world and loved by its strong customer base," explains Gerry McGovern, Design Director and Chief Creative Officer for Land Rover.

He further added,"We have created the Vision Concept to share the essence of Land Rover's new age of Discovery and to debut a new, compelling, relevant design direction that connects on an emotional level with customers of today and tomorrow."

The British SUV manufacturer states their new Discovery will borrow certain elements from the entire Land Rover portfolio.
