Gaurav Gill Takes Victory In IRC Coimbatore
When you see dirt kicked up by an XUV 500 in the heart of Coimbatore, you know it's time for the FMSCI Indian Rally Championship. Gaurav Gill and Musa Sherif have won the second round of IRC in Coimbatore.
Not far behind were Arjun Rao and Satish Rajagopal who took second place overall in the Polo. They also took the victory in the IRC 1600 class. Third place went to Team Mahindra Adventure and Gill's team mates, Sunny Sidhu and PV Srinivas Murthy.
A very cautious Gaurav Gill did not risk this stage as he had already taken the win in Nashik. This second leg consisted of two special stages which were 26.10 kms and 12.65 kms. He did not take any risks that would give up his lead.
