FUSO Make Their Debut In Indonesia
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (DICV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany along with Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, Japan (MFTBC), have commercially launched the new FUSO FJ 25T and FI 12T trucks at the 22nd Indonesia International Motor Show. This event is one of the largest Southeast Asian automobile exhibitions.
The new FUSO trucks are made in the manufacturing facility in Oragadam, near Chennai.
Speaking at the launch, Albert Kirchmann, President & CEO of MFTBC said the new FUSO truck range is a successful example of various product projects underway. As a result of the company's intense market research and testing, FUSO has developed a robust premium truck which even goes beyond the expectations from our Indonesian customers.
Speaking about the company's overall success in the market, Kirchmann added that the all-new FUSO truck range will play a key role in Fuso's product portfolio and extend the company's leadership in Indonesia.
The new FUSO trucks will continue its debut in Asia and Africa. The trucks are designed and developed for the growing markets. With the new range of trucks, the company aims to fuel additional momentum in Indonesia where FUSO has established itself as the leading commercial vehicle brand.
FUSO trucks have already been introduced in countries like Kenya, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Brunei, and now in Indonesia.
