Ford India Refreshes Its Figo Hatchback In 2014

Ford's Figo has been present in India for a while now and is about to receive a major overhaul soon. However, prior to that the American automobile giant has decided to give it a final refreshment.

The American based manufacturer will introducing colours prior to the upcoming festive season. The new Figo gets fresh styling to its exterior, along with Stealth accents. The interior will also be revamped to more young and modern Cyber Blue trim.

The refreshed Figo will be available in eight vibrant colour schemes. Kinetic Blue, Mars Red, Diamond White, Moondust Silver, Chill Metallic, Panther Black, Smoke Grey and Paprika Red. They refreshed model will be available in both petrol as well as diesel engine options.

Ford's refreshed Figo hatchback will be available for a starting price of INR 3,87,000 ex-showroom, Delhi for petrol trim. The diesel model begins from INR 4,83,000 ex-showroom, Delhi. The American based manufacturer will continue to provide value for money products.

Vinay Piparsania, Executive Director Marketing, Sales and Service at Ford India, expressed, "Ford Figo has caught the imagination of first-time car buyers since its launch and continues to remain one of the most compelling offerings in its segment."

He further added, "Just as life keeps getting better, the enhancements made in Ford Figo make it more appealing for customers ahead of the festive season. With the refreshed look, we are adding even more style to the Figo."

The refreshed Figo gets Smoky Stealth 14-inch alloy wheels, rear bumper Valance and fog lamp Bezels. The majority changes are within the cabin of this hatchback. Ford have provided dual tone seat fabrics with its new Cyber Blue theme. The centre console, inside door handles and door pull cabs gets an aluminium finish.
