Ford India Makes Children’s Day A Memorable Event In Chennai
American automobile giant Ford has a strong base in India. They have a wide range of offerings for Indian customers. Ford has recently revealed its 2015 Endeavour, which is bound for Indian shores.
Ford not only offers vehicles in India, they also have taken up several initiatives. During the Global Week of Caring Ford India had taken up the challenge of Happy Schools Programme. Their goal is to provide a Holistic education with their initiatives.
Today we celebrate Children's day, along with the birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Ford India will be making 14th November, 2014 meaningful and memorable for children in Chennai.
The American based manufacturer is set on a journey to make studying more meaningful to children in 21 Chennai Schools. Roughly 2000 children from government aided schools will benefit from Fords' Happy School Programme.
They plan to bridge the gap children have to face for basic education. The program will help them learn critical life skills for their development. Ford India has began this programme in Chennai currently and will soon implement it in Gurgaon, Haryana and Sanand in Gujarat.
