Datsun Go Plus Launching In India On 15th January, 2015
Japanese automobile giant Nissan has been offering in India its budget hatchback the Go. It is their most affordable offering and they sell it under separate brand name Datsun. The vehicle is targeted at first time buyers and young buyers.
Datsun India will be introducing the very first compact MPV, which they have christened Go Plus. The vehicle is based on their affordable hatchback the Go. They have, however, incorporated more detailing and styling to their second product for India.
The Go Plus by Datsun will be launched in India on the 15th of January, 2015. They will be launching the vehicle in Mumbai first and will follow it with regional launches as well. Many people have been eagerly awaiting the launch of this affordable vehicle.
Japanese manufacturers, however, have not changed the engine in their Go Plus. It has a similar engine to the previously launched hatchback. Structurally again it is similar to the Go hatchback, they have increased the size of the vehicle and have squeezed into the sub-four metre category.
The Go Plus is powered by a 1198cc petrol powered engine. There is no diesel mill on offer neither is an automatic transmission. Datsun claim their compact MPV will return fuel efficiency figures similar to the hatchback.
The compact MPV by Datsun will be launched on 15th of January, 2015. We will be present at the event and will be updating are followers through our Twitter account. Price of the Go Plus has been withheld until launch and we will update you on the same, so stay tuned.
