Refreshed BMW X3 Launched
BMW, the German automobile manufacturer today unveiled the new model of their crossover, the X3. Available only with a diesel engine, two models were launched for a price of INR 44,90,000 and INR 49,90,000.
The new vehicle is powered by an 2.0-litre twin turbo diesel engine, that produces 190 horsepower and a maximum torque of 400 Nm. This engine is enough to propel the X3 from standstill to 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds and will carry on to do a top speed of 210 km/h.

The engine is mated to an automatic 8-speed gearbox and comes equipped with cruise control as well. The vehicle is available in 8 different colours.
The X3 comes equipped with three driving modes, ECO PRO, COMFORT and SPORT. Both variants come with BMWs four wheel drive technology, the xDrive system.
In terms of safety, the X3 comes fitted with airbags, impact absorbing front and rear bumpers and run flat tyres.
In order to reduce fuel consumption, the crossover comes with Auto Start-Stop, ECO PRO driving mode, 50:50 weight distribution along with a few more features.
