WaterCar Panther: A Jeep Based Amphibious Vehicle

WaterCar calls itself the makers of the world's fastest amphibious vehicles, but we will not take that too seriously. Nevertheless, their newest vehicle, the Panther, looks like a fun vehicle, that can provide not just the ability to go boating, but also do some mild off roading.

At first glance WaterCar Panther could be mistaken for a modified Jeep. You would not be totally wrong though because WaterCar has based the Panther's design on the Jeep CJ8. In fact, it says, several aftermarket parts meant for the Jeep CJ8 will fit the Panther as well. More about the WaterCar Panther in the gallery below. There is also a promotional video at the end of the slide.
