Skoda Turns Gurgaon Rapid Metro Into Advert With Complete Train Wrap

Gurgaon Rapid Metro is what the city's metro system is called. This provided Skoda India with a unique opportunity to advertise its models, particularly the Rapid sedan, for an obvious reason.

Skoda India has now taken over an entire train on the Gurgaon Metro line, which now wears a full body wrap advertising the Rapid sedan. This is the first time an entire metro train has been branded by a single product. The metro's path takes it around Corporate Hubs like DLF cyber city and Unitech corporate parks, providing Skoda with the opportunity to advertise the Skoda to the target audience.

The ad campaign will last for 3 months, which may or may not be extended depending on the response it generates. Rapid, Skoda's entry level sedan in is priced at INR 7.16 lakhs (ex-showroom Gurgaon).

Apart from this, the Rapid Metro branding is also visible from Delhi - Jaipur highway which has a daily traffic of approx. 1 lac vehicles"
