Mahindra Backlog Issue: XUV500, Rexton And Quanto
However, you need not worry if your waiting period seems to be never ending. Mahindra has confirmed that they have ramped up their production to address backlogs and waiting periods on the XUV500, Quanto and Rexton.
Lets face the fact, Mahindra has been receiving overwhelming response for the XUV500, Rexton and the Quanto. The latest entries from Mahindra's stable are at different price points, but still these models have been receiving overwhelming response.
The biggest worry for Mahindra is to maintain customer satisfaction. The company for sure is overwhelmed with the response, on the other hand we hope Mahindra ramps up the production before a queue of customers go ahead and cancel their bookings, due to delayed waiting periods.
Mahindra for the moment has received more than 12,000 bookings for the Quanto and over 1500 bookings when it comes to the Rexton premium SUV. The Rexton premium SUV was recently launched by Mahindra, click here to read more on this premium SUV.
On the sales front, Mahindra is soaring like an eagle. For the moment, Mahindra has managed to sell 22,761 units overall in December 2012 of which the XUV accounted for 3,566 units and the Quanto registered 2,948 units.
Here is a question for our readers. Have you been facing any issues with your Mahindra XUV500, Quanto or Rexton bookings? Do let us know your customer experience with Mahindra.
