Sherlyn Chopra, the Indian model who is making waves after being the first Indian to feature on the front page of American magazine playboy not only loves modelling but cars too. We were quite curious about Sherlyn Chopra''s car and found out she owns a BMW X5.

Sherlyn Chopra is currently in California, USA, preparing for her first photo shoot for Playboy. Sherlyn Chopra is definitely in love with her car as she has called her X5 as Black Beauty. The BMW X5 is a Crossover SUV known for its power, performance and looks.

The X5 is BMW's first SUV and was first launched in 1999. The X5 has been twice afterwards and the current model is the third generation model. The current model has many new features most notably the iDrive system as well as the torque splitting all wheel drive system.

The BMW X5 is currently available in India in two variants, the Xdrive30D and the Xdrive50i. The Xdrive30D is powered by a three litre engine capable of developing peak power of 245bhp and torque of 540Nm. The Xdrive50i on the other hand is powered by a larger 4.4 litre petrol engine that churns out 408bhp and 600Nm of torque.

The BMW X5 is available in nine exciting colours and is priced at Rs.70.5 lakhs for the petrol powered Xdrive50i while the diesel powered Xdrive30d is available with a starting price of Rs.53.8 lakhs.
