Bentley Motors in its release has stated that the six Indian cities in which the Bentley Mulsanne tour will be held are Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad. The tour will help Bentley cover new new metros that do not have its showroom. The Bentley Mulsanne is the British carmaker's flagship sedan and is its answer to the Rolls-Royce Phantom.
Bentley has said the Mulsanne is an epitome of class, craftsmanship and sophistication. It has described the Mulsanne in the following words: “The Mulsanne has been designed and engineered without compromise by Bentley"s craftsmen and engineers to combine refined performance and unparalleled levels of luxury with elegance for which the marque has long been renowned. The Mulsanne offers customers a degree of choice, when customising their cars, which is unmatched in the industry."
“The Bentley flagship offers a palette of 114 paint colours, 21 carpet colours, nine wood veneers and 24 interior leather hides, all of which are tanned using a decades-old process to ensure this future classic retains its distinctive scent. In addition, through Bentley"s bespoke service, unique colours can be developed which will match a customer"s vision and taste. With more standard leather and wood veneer than any other Bentley in the modern era, it is understandable that each Mulsanne will take nine weeks to build."
Exclusive Motors which is the official importer of Bentley cars in India has organized the tour. The company had previously conducted an eight city tour of the Continental Flying Spur. Mr Satya Bagla, Managing Director, Exclusive Motors has expressed confidence over the Bentley Mulsanne tour being a success.
