Nissan Micra To Dawn In India

Nissan India will soon launch the new small car, Micra in May or June. Nissan officials reveal that there will be no further delay for the release. It is the Indian version of Japanese Nissan March.

Nissan coming with both petrol and diesel engines, will have six variants where four variants come with petrol engine and two with diesel. Micra will have both automatic and manual transmission option.

The new car comes with three different capacity engine which offer different performance, mileage and power.

Petrol variant is equipped with two different capacity engines- a 1.2 Liter, 1240 CC petrol engine, with Multi Point Fuel Injection (MPFI) and manual transmission gear box. It will have the mileage of 13 Kmpl in cities and 18.6 on highways. The other one also has the same engine, but automatic transmission gear box which will provide the mileage of 12 kmpl in cities and 16.5 on highways. It provides the power of 80PS at 5200rpm with 110Nm of maximum torque at 3600rpm.

Another variant is coming with 1386 CC petrol engine, 1.4 L, MPFI system, five speed manual transmission gear box. The power will be 88PS of maximum power at 5200rpm with maximum torque of 128Nm at 3200rpm. The mileage 12.6 and 17.5 kmpl in city and highway respectively. The same variant with the automatic transmission gear box offers the mileage of 11.5 kmpl in city and 16.5 kmpl on the highway.

The third one- the diesel variant- comes with 1.5 L, 1461 cc engine with Common Rail Direct Injection (CCRDI) system. It will provide the power of maximum power of 86PS at 3750rpm with maximum torque of 200Nm at 1900rpm. This has the five speed manual transmission gear box, offering the fuel consumption of 16.2 kmpl in city and 20.7 kmpl on the highway.

The dual tone interiors, elegant interiors, advanced instrument panel and dual tone dashboard altogether provide it a sporty look.

The advanced features of the vehicle include ABS (Anti-lock Brake System), power steering, chic leather upholstery, dual front airbags, anti skid system, electronic brake force distribution, etc. It is a five-seated vehicle.

It will be available with the combination of new generation cutting edge technology, advanced features and exceptional designs. The price of the vehicle is expected in between 3 to 4 lakhs.
