EICMA 2016: 5 Motorcycles To Look Out For
Here are five new motorcycles that are expexted to make their debut at EICMA 2016.
The EICMA Motorcycle Show is an annual event that takes place in the Italian city of Milan and brings together the best names in the two-wheeler industry under one roof to show of their latest creations.
The theme of this year's EICMA motorcycle show is "Bikes Never Seen Before" and here are five motorcycles that you can look forward to at the 2016 edition of the world's biggest event for two-wheelers.
Ducati Project 1408
2016 marks the 90th anniversary from Ducati and the Italian motorcycle manufacturer will mark the occasion at EICMA with the secretive Project 1408.
Leaked images like the one above show the new bike which will bear the Superleggera moniker.
The New KTM Dukes
The KTM stall at EICMA 2016 is where all Indian eyes at the show will be glued to on Day 2 of EICMA 2016.
The new Duke 390 and 200 are set to break cover at the show which could also mark the unveiling of KTM's new parallel twin 800cc motorcycle.
Husqvarna Vitpilen 401
Husqvarna, the Swedish motorcycle manufacturer will unveil the all-new Vitpilen range of motorcycles at EICMA 2016.
The Vitpilen 401 will be based on the Duke 390 from Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM, which is the owner of Husqvarna.
The new Husky is expected to be manufactured at the Bajaj plant in Chakan, Maharashtra.
Benelli Leoncino
Italian motorcycle marque Benelli presented the Leoncino in concept form last year and will be unveiling two version of the 'Lion Cub'.
While one of the Leoncino twins will biased towards the road, the other Lion Cub will be one that prefers to go off the beaten path.
BMW 310 GS
The BMW 310 GS is the adventure version of the BMW G310 R (pictured above) and like the street version of the bike will be manufactured at the TVS plant in Hosur.
