Manufacturers To Look Out For At The 2016 Delhi Auto Expo
Maruti Suzuki - Maruti will be pulling the covers of quite a few cars at 2016 Auto Expo, chief among which is the YBA SUV, which will most probably bear the nametag Vitara Brezza. Also expected is the diesel Alto as well a facelifted Alto 800. Another new offering will be the Ignis compact crossover that was seen at the Tokyo Auto Show.
Ford - Ford is expected to launch their Mustang Muscle Car in the Indian market at the Auto Expo. Power will come from either the 5-litre V8 or the 2.3-litre Ecoboost engine.
Honda - Japanese carmaker Honda will be bringing back the Accord Sedan back to India but the big story will be the all new Honda BRV which will be launched at the Expo and is expected to but heads with the Ford EcoSport and the Renault Duster. The Honda Jazz RS is also expected to be launched in India at the expo.
Datsun - The company will be launching its Redi-Go sub-compact SUV which is based on the same platform as the Renault Kwid and will be priced in the same range as the Kwid.
Renault - French carmaker Renault will be showcasing the new Duster at the Auto Expo, which will have an AMT gearbox fitted to it as an option alongside the normal manual unit. An AMT version of the extremely popular Kwid could also make it on to the show floor.
Benelli - Italian bike manufacturer Benelli is expected to show off it entire range of motorcycles at the expo.
Triumph - British bike makers Triumph will be showcasing it entire range of Bonnevilles that were first seen at EICMA on the show floor at the Auto Expo.
UM Motorcycles - UM Motorcycles will be entering India for the very first time and is expected to launch one of its bikes at the Auto Expo. The rest of UM's range will also be present on the show floor.
